Weekly trash pickup route starts @ 6am everyday. Trash must be curbside. If it is not, then we will see you the following week.

Customers

Trash must be out by 8am on day of service, otherwise you may be missed, and we will not come back for your trash.

Trash must be street side or end of driveway of residence on file
-
Trash MUST be bagged, loose trash will NOT be accepted as we are trying to keep the community clean and without official trash truck, maintaining loose trash is harder.

Customers are responsible for any scattered waste that may occur from animals or the weather, any waste that is not in the general area of the trash cans will be left at the location.

If your trash is picked up from another provider, we will not issue any credits. We still show up, still use time, gas, and pay for labor.

Weekly limit of 2-96 trash bins (192gal) unless otherwise agreed upon with adjusted rates. (We are working on regular trash bins to provide)

We are taking a list for those interested in our 2,4-, or 6-yard dumpsters. You will receive them in the order in which you are on the list.

All boxes must be broken down if larger than 2'x 2' Or will be left behind. We are working on our steps towards recycling.

Quarterly billing (reminders) will be sent out roughly on the 20th of the month prior to your bill being due.

Quarterly billing will only be sent to email address on file during signup or a paper invoice will be sent to those who selected check, make sure your address is correct, so you do not get service interruption.

Late payments will be responsible for a $5.00 late fee.

If payment is over 14 days late, your account will be discontinued, at this point there will be a $25.00 reinstatement fee.
Services/Holidays and Delays

All service delays and any schedule changes will be updated accordingly on main page of Junk'Ems as well as Facebook with the caption "ATTENTION"

Pick up times vary weekly as we obtain new customers and our route changes the time at which we arrive to your residence. Please allow a full service day before contacting us if you think we missed your stop, sometimes we are out LATE

On holidays we will be a day delayed

Inclement weather will also be on main page with the caption "ATTENTION"

Any missed days will not receive crediting, the following week we will pick-up all trash with the understanding that there will be double the normal amount which may exceed our normal limits.
